We are offering a deluxe termite inspection (this inspection will include the use of our detection dog, thermal camera and Termatrac if needed) with a 10% off our normal price on top of this if you book another 2 friends or family members within the same location and on the same day we will take another 10% off the discounted price.
Who is this available to you may ask? Anyone within our normal service area. This includes the general public, real estate agents with a rental list can benefit from this and strata managers.

Get a baited tamper proof rodent station placed in the roof space if applicable at no extra charge.
Termite Monitoring Stations
10% off the supply and install of Trelona or Sentricon Always Active pre baited termite stations when installed around the whole perimeter of the property in conjunction with any full termite inspection or termite baiting program.
T&C’s Payment is strictly at time of inspection via bank transfer or cash, credit cards are accepted but a 2% surcharge is added as this is what we are charged. Real estates and strata managers can have a 14 day account. The inspection is not a pre purchase inspection. Termite monitoring stations must be installed through winter months. Work is to be booked directly through Bugs Or Us Pest Control.
